A New York Way to Say "I Do" was a natural evolution of my work as a Marriage Officiant.  It evolved as helping NYC Visitors with their weddings became as much of a specialty as helping New Yorker's with their ceremonies was.

With my team of the most professional, kind and wonderful Officiants, Photographers, Florists, Musicians, Witnesses, Escorts, Coordinators ....  we work together to make your dream NYC wedding come true.

Hello

I am Paula Posman and I would like to Thank You for visiting A New York Way to Say "I Do"

I am an Interfaith Minister and a Native New Yorker and have been officiating Marriages in
New York since 1994.  I am grateful to say that it has been my privilege, my honor and my joy to work with hundreds and hundreds of couples from all over the world as well as from NYC.

I have Officiated Non-Denominational, Spiritual, Civil, Marriage, Commitment and Vow Renewal Ceremonies for "Same Faith" , "Interfaith" and "Same Sex" couples for over 15 years.  And, as
an Interfaith Minister I have had, and continue to have the amazing opportunity to connect and work with couples representing the many, many, many different  beliefs, traditions, cultures, backgrounds and preferences held in the world. As a marriage Officiant, It has always been my belief that a ceremony of such importance should reflect a couple's "truth" and never reflect anything a couple does not believe in.

I sometimes like to think of everywhere in NYC as my "office" as   everywhere permissible is where my team and I work.  I have either officiated or organized Indoor and outdoor weddings from
New York City's many, many Restaurants, Hotels, Catering Facilities and Museums to a Helicopter, a Boat, a Rowboat .... to our many Landmarks such as Brooklyn Bridge, The 59th Street Bridge, Central Park, Grand Central Terminal, The Statue of Liberty, The Top of The Empire State Building … on Valentines Day to my very precious Memories of the ceremonies officiated on Top Of The World Trade Center ... including The World Trade Center's Midnight  'kick-off" to their Valentine's Day event.
I love you
